Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is making sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may email email@example.com to apply for a return or exchange on an unused item, in its original condition, with original packaging, proof of purchase, and must be within 10 days of receipt.
When your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee of $10, typically within 48 hours of receiving the item. For exchanges, once the item is received and approved, the exchange for your new order will be shipped for a fee of $10 via UPS ground.
Since our bags are typically made to order there are no cancellations. All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time of your order.
Clearance items: All Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Monogramming: Personalized items may not be exchanged or returned.
COUPONS: Coupons cannot be applied to any sales or clearance items.
